We are serious about the quality of our fresh shallot very seriously and implement the strictest quality control measures at every stage of production, from seed selection to final packaging. We can produce up to 300 tons of high-quality shallot per month.
Fresh Shallot Selection and Cleaning
We don’t mix good and bad shallots. We always ship the highest quality, freshest shallots, so our customers can rest assured!
After going through the sorting stage, fresh shallots are packed in sacks by farmers and sent to the production warehouse to undergo the next process.
After being delivered from the farmers, the shallot is air-dried using blowers, rather than heated, to reduce the moisture content. This lower moisture content allows for safe and long-lasting shipping.
We use industrial air blowers with appropriate drying temperatures to ensure the shallot is completely safe before packaging.
Close monitoring of the drying process ensures there is no wet shallot. Once dry but still fresh, the shallot is cooled to room temperature before packaging.

Custom packages can be placed into a master carton (20 kg, 30 kg, etc.) before being loaded into a shipping container.
We can also print individual colored carton boxes with plastic lining to accommodate shallot weighing 1 kg, 3 kg, or any desired weight.
